We want you to book with confidence. Your card is authorized, not charged until your guide confirms your date, and you have a clear window to cancel for a full or partial refund.
Cancellation windows
- More than 72 hours before departure — full refund.
- 48–72 hours before departure — 50% refund.
- Less than 48 hours before departure — non-refundable (your guide has already held your slot and turned away other travelers).
All times are measured from your confirmed departure time (the date your guide confirms, not the moment you book). If we cannot confirm a guide for your requested date, you are charged nothing — the authorization is voided in full.
EU & UK consumers — 14-day withdrawal right
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under distance-selling rules. Because our tours are travel services scheduled for a specific date and completed within 14 days, we rely on the Article 16(i) exemption: the right of withdrawal does not apply to services related to leisure activities where the service is to be performed on a specific date or within a specific period. The cancellation windows above are what apply instead, and they are more generous than the standard withdrawal terms for close-in dates.
Gateway fees are non-refundable
Payment-processing fees charged by the card network or PayPal are not refunded once a capture has settled. If your guide cannot fulfill the tour and the authorization is voided, no fee is charged to you.
How to cancel
Reply to your booking confirmation email, or message us on WhatsApp — we reply within a few hours, 7am–10pm Vietnam time. Include your booking reference and we will confirm the refund amount and process it.
