Every tour features the actual local guide who runs it — their name, face, how long they’ve been doing it, and the languages they speak. Why “authorize & hold” protects you
When you check out, your card is authorized but not charged. The capture — the actual charge — happens only when your guide confirms your date, within 12 hours. If the guide can’t take your date, the hold is voided and you pay nothing. You are never charged for a tour that isn’t going to happen.
