  1. Day 1 · Cồn Sơn & the floating fish farms

    7:00 AM pickup; 7:40 cốm nổ + cá lóc bay on the islet; 8:45 the 7 Bon fish farms; lunch at 1985 Long Xuyên; 3 PM Ba Thê.

  2. Day 1 · Sunset over núi Ba Thê & núi Tượng

    Check in, hike the hill as the light turns gold over the Óc Eo plains, dinner at Óc Eo.

  3. Day 2 · Trà Sư flooded forest

    8:30 AM into the mangrove: a slow morning with a farming family — seasonal activities, storks, silence; lunch and a hammock inside the forest.

  4. Day 2 · Chùa Tà Pạ & Tri Tôn golden hour

    2:30 PM past hồ Tà Pạ to the pagoda under the limestone, sunset over Tri Tôn, dinner in town.

  5. Day 3 · The Cham weaving villages

    After breakfast, down to Châu Đốc: mat-weaving and riverside craft villages along the route.

  6. Day 3 · Châu Đốc & farewell

    10 AM hotel check-out in Châu Đốc — or extend a day for Núi Cấm if you can.
